Acting as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company responsible for managing 105 employees, overseeing operation of 30 wastewater and 15 water facilities throughout the State of Hawaii. Restructured the Company into four Operating Groups - Engineering Services, Construction Services, Energy Services, and the core business of Operations. Implementing the Strategic Plan for growth in revenues and profits; gross revenues approximately $40M in 2012.

Provided advice and assistance to the IMCOM Pacific Department of Public Works in support of the energy efficiency and renewable energy (EE&RE) programs at Army installations in Hawaii, Alaska, and Japan. Developed EE&RE projects as part of the Renewable Energy Portfolio across the Region; including solar, wind, biomass, and biogas projects.

Acted as Vice President of Pacific Region managing teams in Hawaii and Alaska performing utility, energy, and environmental consulting services. Primary projects involved utility privatization for the US Department of Defense addressing all aspects of the privatization process from the initial feasibility stage through the advertisement, selection, and transition of utility systems from the military to the private sector. Spearheaded the privatization effort for the Army in Alaska resulting in the successful transfer of twelve utility systems to Doyon Utilities LLC at Forts Richardson, Wainwright, and Greeley. Prior to becoming Vice President in 2005, served as Regional Office Manager overseeing a staff of engineers, analysts, and technicians. Projects included the turn key delivery of a micro-cogeneration system for Honolulu Hale (City Hall), and other energy projects in Hawaii.
