I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have worked professionally with youth, adolescents, and young adults for over 20 years. My clinical training consisted of diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cases as a Psychotherapist in Mental Health Clinics in both New York and New Jersey before I shifted to start my own practice . I am regularly involved in treating cases ranging from couples therapy to extensive work with at risk behaviors, substance use, and suicidality. My work experience also includes my role as a teacher for over 20 years and as Guidance Counselor in a Private High School in New Jersey. I received extensive training in the treatment of Anxiety and OCD, and I have been trained by the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in treating depression and anxiety. I am blessed to be happily married for close to 20 years and I am a proud father of 6 children. My hobbies and interests include running, barbequing, enjoying the outdoors, connecting to my religious values, and spending time with my family. I am passionate about what I do, and I feel grateful to have the opportunity to be in a profession of helping others.
