• Plan and Implement youth engagement programs for young people aged 11-17 such as life skills programs, skate competitions, national youth week events and school holiday programs.• Provide young people with supervision, guidance and life management skills through a variety of meaningful activities including Drop-In Centre activities. • Evaluate and report on the key outcomes and deliverables of youth engagement programs.• Manage the youth services budget to ensure appropriate spending. • Liaise and network with schools and other youth agencies to promote and establish the provision of youth services. • Provide direction, support and supervision to assistant youth workers.
