There are two approaches a coach can take to business coaching : - Strategic change (outside-in) - Mindset change (inside-out)I can work across both Mindset and Inner world work, ( inside out) and Strategic advice and teaching (outside in )to produce results.I know how to create outstanding results for my clients and it’s my mission to support them in achieving the outcomes that they are seeking. I understand the issues and challenges my clients are faced with, on their hero's journey to their desired destination, whilst at the same time being conscious that the journey is always more important than the destination. I hold my clients accountable to take the action necessary to produce results and support them in their learning so that they become capable of sustaining and growing those results over time.I am able to encompass many perspectives and am an expert in behavioral and systemic change.I have the knowledge and experience to create holistic change across all levels of being spiritually, energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically.I care about my clients’ holistic wellbeing and their long-term success across all areas of their life.I understand the wider business and social context my clients operate in as well as the organizational and family systems that my clients belong to that intersect with my clients agency.I strive to overcome issues of inequity within the businesses I coach as this is an important element in sustainable growth. I have subject matter expertise and experience in facilitating conflict between families and/or shareholders. Conflict causes a toxic environment which prevents logical decision making and saps the energy needed to grow a business. I also have subject matter expertise and 25 years of experience working in sales at all levels including starting a businesses with partners with an idea and a vision, and making that become a reality by moving from start up to market leader in 8 years and then exiting on being listed.
