Running an agency is incredibly difficult. You have to be great at a lot of things and then quickly be able to learn new things as you grow. But how are you supposed to do that? There are no training programs, YouTube videos, podcasts or books that’ll teach you. My mission is to help ad agencies be wildly successful.
