As an Associate HR Business Partner, I pride myself on being organized, efficient, and a good listener. My strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively prioritize tasks have been key in ensuring successful outcomes for both employees and employers.Between my time at Feld, I gained experience working as the Training Coordinator and then the Quality Assurance Technician at Octapharma Plasma.I was formerly a Performance Director for Disney on Ice. As Performance Director, my responsibilities included watching every performance, maintaining choreography, developing characters, scheduling, rotating understudies, as well as maintaining the technical side of the show.Prior to the position, I was a professional figure skater with Disney on Ice for ten years. When I was a performer, I had experience in publicity events and representing the Disney brand. I have been called upon to do radio and TV interviews as well as skating clinics and meet and greets. I have been fortunate to do what I love and travel the world while also earning my degree. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. During my travels I have spent time in over 25 countries including China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and much of South East Asia and South America.
