Seeking new ways to improve practice, increase performance, make better decisions and bridge the gap between the analytics department and coaching staff.

This was a uniformed role in the dugout that assisted in creating an environment that followed the vision of the Major League Manager of a continuing development of Major League players as well as preparing them to play championship baseball on a nightly basis. Led the organization of Spring Training and a daily schedule throughout the season, by collaborating with other staff members and having constant communication with the manager. Assisted coaches in areas and times they needed in all areas of the game. Assisted in game planning and execution, and served as a bridge between the analytics department and coaching staff.

Represented the staff members of the Arizona Diamondbacks in the Arizona Fall League as a Coach for the Salt River Rafters. The Arizona Fall League is a 2 month league where each Major League Baseball team sends their best prospects to showcase them and prepare them for the final jump to the Major Leagues. The Salt River Rafters were made up of players from Marlins, Rockies, Twins, Diamondbacks, and Nationals organizations. During the season our coaching staff had the opportunity to coach in the Fall League All Star game that included players such as Vladimir Guerrero Jr and Pete Alonso. The team finished the season as runner ups in the 6 team league.

Manager of the 2018, Double-A, Southern League Champions Jackson Generals. Was the affiliate leader in the cultivation of an environment that was focused on developing minor league baseball players into championship caliber Major League Players. Was at the pleasure of serving the farm director and minor league field coordinator, helping achieve the vision of the organization. The success of the team was due to the hard work and knowledge of the 7 staff members of the Generals. The main focus of my job as manager was creating the optimal environment for the coaches and players to perform their best. Teamwork, servitude, hard work, communication, leadership and followership were all traits that helped with success. The job included motivation, schedule making, off the field and on the field management, coaching, strategy, and constant communication with organization leaders. M

President of the non-profit Tucson Youth Baseball Association which has the goal of increasing the popularity of baseball in Southern Arizona while making it more affordable for families. We raise money for a free clinic for up to 500 kids in Tucson, and fundraise to support local little leagues, families, and teams. The Free clinic has been put on for 7 years, and has included hall of famers such as Rollie Fingers, Ferguson Jenkins, and players such as Kenny Lofton, JJ Hardy, Ian Kinsler, Matt Williams, and more.

Joined the Zack Clark Show on ESPN Radio in Tucson, AZ for an hour segment each week during the months of October through February. All sports were covered in the segments, but focus was primarily on baseball with my background
