This process involved doing the analysis, design and implementation of a smaller, more focused data warehouse for marketing of membership data purposes.Another project included using Oracle Developer to build screens used by telemarketers for the incorporation of “Air Mile” promotions, and PL/SQL was used to stream line the results into the new data warehouse environment.Additional projects included using PL/SQL to develop algorithms for different scores representing the Live Time Value of Memberships, the propensity to lapse score as well as the profitability of memberships. The results of these scores where then incorporated into the data warehouse, and are used in determining candidates for marketing campaigns.
