AIA Insurance Agencies provides insurance advice to clients with businesses, private assets and agricultural enterprises.I assist clients by understanding their risks, seek the most appropriate cover in the market and guide them through the claims process.

I managed a team of nine consultants in a very fast paced and changing environment.My key responsibilities included:- Roster organisation- Staff development- Conducting fortnightly one-on-one sessions- Performance reviews/management- Recruitment of new team members- Complaint handling

As well as handling inbound calls from both customers and advisors, being a senior consultant in a team of 20 meant I was a point of contact to assist with team member's queries and support the development of new and existing staff. I also handled escalated calls which resulted in satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and company.

I once again managed a portfolio of clients where I was the primary point of contact for both new/potential customers and provided tailored insurance solutions.Insurances included Public and Product Liability, Material Damage, General Property, Theft, Money.

Managed a portfolio of clients regarding their Professional Indemnity requirements. I reviewed their situation and obtained the most appropriate cover for them; liaised with various insurers and focused on client retention.
