Primary responsibilities: ethics submissions, patient visits, drug dispensing and reconciliation, data entry in eCRF systems (Medidata Rave, Classic Rave, Baseline Plus, eFactum, Trial Master, IBM Clinical Development, Oracle, VeeveVault EDC) independent assessor for efficacy parameters, budget and contract negotiations, invoicing of budget line items, reconciliation of all study payments, submit and maintain all regulatory and study start up documents, lab processing, review of medical charts and pre-screening of potential study candidates. Patient counselling regarding treatment options based on physician recommendations.
