  Shelley maintains an intellectual property practice focuses on technology-related transactions and the development, protection, commercialization and transfer of intellectual property assets. She has assisted clients in structuring and negotiating a variety of complex transactions including licensing arrangements, collaboration and joint venture agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, development and service agreements, assignment agreements and employment agreements. Clients include public, private and early-stage companies in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, media, financial services and retail. She has significant experience with the intellectual property and technology licensing aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions and related due diligence matters. Shelley’s practice also includes counseling clients on the design and implementation of privacy and data security policies, social media initiatives, and the management of global trademark portfolios for both public and private companies.
