Develop, execute and evaluate strategic marketing and territory plans including tactics designed to meet budgeted admission goals.Acts as a brand champion, insuring that the mission and vision of our company are understood and carried out with consistency.Learns and executes the company’s consultative selling strategy to build sustainable relationships with targeted referral customers.Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements and guidelines, corporate identity and admissions access standards.Maintain professional and clinical competence as requiredParticipates in sales forecasting and strategic planning and analysis for assigned territory.Takes initiative to develop and maintain relationships within the admissions department as well as clinical personnel to assure effective communication both internally and externally for our referral customers.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referring sources to include medical facilities, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers within an assigned territory. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining occupancy goals. Keep informed of promotional matters, pricing and marketing strategies of competitors and perform quarterly marketing analysis. Report to General Manager any factors regarding facility, staff and residents that negatively impact marketing efforts. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all possible referring sources. Prepare monthly narrative sales and marketing reports. Responsible for ensuring all telephone inquiries and visitors to facility receive accurate and appropriate information, guidance, follow-up, and/or referral. Maintain all required records and documentation as per policy and procedures.
