I design e-learning modules, in person trainings and programming, and create curriculum for a variety of clients including non-profit and health based initiatives. While Power Point is helpful for visual learners, I've taken it to the next level and am skilled in video content creation. This is useful to supplement learners' in-person trainings with video content. CONNECTIONAs an educator, trainer and coach, I've found the most value in focusing on Connection. Connection strategies include open office hours, live Q&As, informative and entertaining social media and educational webinars. These high value, touch point approaches make engagement a no brainer!
