I currently serve as the Assistant Director of Engagement and Operations at IPOS International, where I manage the development and community-building efforts of GoBusiness IP Grow, a one-stop platform that connects enterprises with suitable IP/IA service providers. I am motivated by the mission of IPOS International to enable enterprises and industries to use intellectual property (IP) and intangible assets (IA) for business growth, as part of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with authors, customers, and product managers from different backgrounds and domains.In my previous role as the Practice Area Lead at LexisNexis, I was responsible for curating and commissioning content for accuracy, currency and relevance. I also designed and conducted customer discovery sessions to establish use cases and build content roadmaps, as well as produced and hosted live chats and webinars with legal experts. I leveraged my editorial, data analysis, and content management skills to create and deliver high-quality content products that met the needs and expectations of the customers. I was recognized with multiple awards for my performance and contribution, including the Brand Ambassador Award and prize winner of Automation Innovation competition.
