As People Placement Manager I utilised my relationships with Northern Territory communities to establish trust in systems and processes, and monitored ongoing development of placements to ensure a smooth outcome. Within 12 months I had established HR policy, procedures and systems, which gained ISO accreditation that same year.

In this role I was an integral part of the team that negotiated an enterprise agreement for the Australian Fire Fighters, involving extensive liaison with managers, employees, Industrial Relations, Australian Government and Air Services Australia.
