Carers ACT is the peak body for carers in the ACT. We support, connect and empower unpaid carers so they can maintain their caring role and their personal wellbeing. We do this by providing information and referrals to services, options to take a break from caring, counselling, educational workshops, social and therapeutic activities and advocacy.
