•Onboard new enrollees of the school by teaching them about our virtual platforms, resources, curriculum advancements, and opportunities to enhance their learning experiences. •Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, professionalism, initiative and ownership of MiaPrep Online High School by speaking into policy creation, growth and retention initiatives, and day-to-day operations. •Collaborate with the director to support the school’s accreditation process.•Lead effort with school director to secure NCAA core course approval and A-G Certification for California Public Colleges.•Partner with teachers and colleagues to help students who need academic interventions and support efforts to stay on track. •Collaborate with students and parents to create academic plans that support each child’s educational journey and future goals. •Provide guidance and resources to students about post-secondary opportunities including college, trade school, service ventures, working abroad and more.

•Designed and implemented training and onboarding for team of direct reports on topics including office programming, outreach, communication, data collection, and tone setting for the office which serves over 500 diverse families annually. •Counseled clients on the college admissions process including college selection, professional etiquette, online application platforms, interview techniques, self-advocacy, strategic application prioritization and resume creation.•Oversaw data collection of office engagement and activity to determine the efficacy of program efforts and ensure achievement or surpassing of program goals. •Collaborated with dynamic team of 8 leaders representing Admission Deans and Directors from across the country and school leadership to establish the inaugural Brentwood Academy College Advisory Board (2020). •Initiated the implementation of a new CRM system which expedited processing of thousands of documents, increased accessibility of information to our clientele, reduced errors, and negated family frustrations. •Expanded use of CRM to increase opportunities and improve product and program delivery to families.•Ensured successful creation and implementation of the Nashville Case Studies Program in collaboration with 5 other private high schools in Nashville (2016 inaugural event; 2019 host site).•Planned and executed crucial programming including school-wide PSAT and AP testing, Brentwood Academy College Fairs for nearly 350 students and around 80 college admission representatives, and the State Robotics Competition College Fair for around 250 STEM students from across the state of Tennessee. •Led nearly 1000 customers in the college application process achieving 100% college acceptance rate.
