Serving as a marketing coordinator for this multi-discipline engineering firm, my primary responsibility was coordinating and preparing Statement of Qualifications for Requests for Proposals and associated quality assurance reviews. Other responsibilities included consultant registrations (for doing business with state and federal agencies),development and maintenance of marketing resources (brochures, project profiles, resumes, photos, PowerPoint’s, tradeshow displays, etc.), design and coordination of ads for industry publications, website content development and maintenance, company newsletter, maintenance of Deltek Vision CRM (clients, contacts, opportunities, projects, etc.), press releases, tradeshows and special events, and client surveys.One project that I really enjoyed being a part of during my time with Clark Dietz was the implementation and training of the Deltek Vision enterprise software. Working with a great group of co-workers, my focus was on the CRM module. Our goal was to drive company growth by making its business development team and processes more efficient through Vision. We researched and interviewed staff to learn what information was useful to them; we worked with a consultant to build our system to meet those needs and to determine communications that could be automated through the software; we provided standards for using the system; and we developed and implemented a training program to launch Deltek Vision to the rest of the users within the company.
