I've taken everything I've learned about web conferencing and online seminars to help people make smarter, faster decisions about their own webinar programs. I also work with businesses to create online videos/presentations to generate revenue or drive web traffic. Because of my marketing background, I often help clients with their overall business strategy, too.

I started out as an active member myself while growing my own company, then happily dove into a short-term gig to help get their customer service processes and systems in place. In addition to training employees around the US on proprietary business apps... I taught folks how to use Lotus 1-2-3, Word Perfect, dBase, and this newfangled thing called EMAIL. Amazing how far we've come since then, eh?
