*Responsible for the sales management for the branch, striving to accomplish sales results and customer satisfaction. This includes: setting and obtaining sales and fee income goals, conducting meetings and training, and coaching staff to encourage team cooperation and complete customer satisfaction. *Responsible for supervising employees to meet branch goals. This is accomplished by assigning work, taking actions to ensure quality work is upheld for customers, conducting performance reviews, recommending salary actions, and providing training for staff. *Promotes bank services by making outside calls to potential customers and participates in various professional and personal activities within the community. *Performs customer service related duties such as answering telephone inquiries, closing accounts, ordering checks while ensuring appropriate levels of customer service are met.*Ensures compliance of branch with bank policies and guidelines.

*Assisted the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of 3 grocery store locations*On call during extended hours

*Assists customers in making product and service choices that best meet the needs, and conducts subsequent required duties related to the proper account opening and closing for both individual and commercial account relationships.*Performs customer service duties as but not limited to, answering phone and in-person customer inquiries, conducting customer research, processing approved refunds of service charges or fees as directed by supervisor, place check orders for customers as requested, assist in appropriate customer access to established safe deposit, and processing of deposit verifications for credit purposes *Performs appropriate customer profiling at the time the relationship is first established to ensure that the immediate product and service suggestions are effective and that subsequent follow-up activities can be done with adequate information to ensure the bank’s goals of serving all of the customer needs are met
