Prepare accurate and timely check requisitions for REO invoices and maintain tracking logs. • Consolidating weekly report updates on REO status. • Preparing weekly updates of REO flyer for distribution. • Tracking and monitoring insurance coverage for REO properties, ensuring properties are added and deleted timely to policy and at the appropriate insurable amounts. • Completing and filing annual property tax appeal applications and tracking all tax refunds. Researching outstanding property tax for new REO’s and process payments timely to avoid penalty. • Preparing monthly carrying value adjustments reconciliation of REO properties based on fair market valuation (appraisals, Broker Price Opinions, current market data). • Managing the Bank’s general mailbox and telephone inquiries for REO and note sales. • Maintaining databases of investors, brokers, and property managers related to REO dispositions. • Maintaining accurate records in working files on REO disposition. Ensuring files on Bank’s internal system are complete and properly organized/labeled. • Assisting Other REO Officers in other administrative activities for management and dispositions of REO properties. • Specials projects as assigned.
