Support the creation of educational materials for staff and process improvement needs.• Researches and interprets CPT/HCPC coding and billing regulatory requirements to recommend and develop compliant solutions for CDM set up. Completes timely and accurate updates to the CDM that contribute to generating clean claims, enabling the collection of expected payments.• Tool and System Management from different platforms, which include Epic, Radiant, Putty, PeopleSoft, Teams, Outlook, VitalWare, Excel, PowerPoint, and others

I investigate patient’s medical accounts for discrepancies. Also answer patient and Insurance Companies questions regarding their accounts. Authorized to process refunds to patients and Insurance companies when there is an overpayment. I have great problem solving skills which allows me to fix discrepancies when accounts have COB, discount or overpayment issues. I Have experience working with most payers and unitize programs such as Epic, OnBase, Rycan, Hp24,, Availity, Connex (NGS), Experian and other payer websites. I currently work remotely, so I have remote desk top and telecommuting experience.
