Managing Partner
CurrentBerlineaton provides management consulting services to visionary leaders in the public, non-profit and independent school sectors, helping them build stronger futures for their organizations. In my role as Managing Partner, I am responsible for supporting and managing client engagements, as well as all other aspects of leading a boutique consulting firm, including business development, talent recruitment and management, corporate services, and of course, delivery (the best part). Key projects I have worked on include:- System Improvement and Innovation - developed a system-wide approach to introduce lasting innovation in a large financial organization.- Strategy Development and Execution - led and facilitated the development of strategy for over 30 independent schools and other not-for-profit organizations from scanning the environment, designing strategy from vision, mission, and values to tactics and execution. - Culture Change and Transformation - led the design and implementation of a system-wide culture change project for the Ministry of Health, from gathering insights to designing strategies.- Engagement - led the development and implementation of innovative ways to engage stakeholders, including both large and small events from large Open Space Conferences to Focus Groups and 1:1 interviews.- Executive Coaching - helping executives advance their careers through leadership development, Narrative 360s, and by being a trusted sounding board.
