I have spent the last four and a half years volunteering and focusing on mentoring young moms and parents in my community. In my capacity as mentor for a large Mothers of Preschoolers group, I lead a steering team of 21 women, over seeing a group of 120+ women. I am responsible for leadership training, coordinating speakers, programs and meetings and consulting on budgets and fund raising. I am also mentoring parents by teaching and coordinating classes focused on building healthy families in the Denver Metro area.

Brands include Polo Underwear and Sleepwear, Hanes Ultimate, Champion Inner wear and Athletic wear. Work with Buyers, Account Executives and Store Management to manage product placement, merchandising, business analysis/inventory flow, product training and communication.

Responsible for $3.5 million dollar Women's Ready to Wear business within top volume Dillard's and Foley's department stores. Worked with Buyers, Account Executives, Planners and Store Management to manage product placement, inventory flow, merchandise coordination, execute special events, and provide product training. Supervised 10 Liz Claiborne Consultants as well as other sales associates working in Liz Claiborne departments. Elected to the Liz Claiborne National Coordinator Advisory Board. Developed Training Materials, Sales Incentives, Selling Tools and advised Liz Claiborne In-store Marketing dept. as a member of the board.

Responsible for $10 million dollar gifts and accessories business. Managed inventory flow and merchandise coordination within financial buying plan for 50 stores. Work with over 30 different suppliers, catalog division, regional store/department managers and local store/department managers.Increased gifts and accessories business by 36% in the first year.Created merchandising and visual guidelines for the stores.Established automatic stock replenishment plan for basic merchandise.Developed private label and exclusive products.Created merchandise layouts for catalog.Determined accessories merchandising/buying plan for new stores development.
