I first entered the fitness industry in my very early 20’s, aspiring to share with others the experience of improved physical, mental, and emotional health I’d gained through discovering exercise in my teens.Not an “athletic” or “sporty” person at all, I had experienced my fair share of health challenges and discovered a love of moving my body, improved confidence, positive role models and a place I felt I belonged when I began attending the local gym.After beginning as an aerobics and gym instructor in my home town of Napier, I quickly moved into personal training a year after moving to Christchurch. I wanted to offer the people I worked with more individualised programmes and more support to reach their goals.We have only one life, and one body through which to experience it. It's precious, and does not come with spare parts.
