Performed all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the nationwide member-chapter system, volunteer registration and volunteer support systems, grant funding systems, chapter/Thrivent member newsletter and email systems, chapter financial transactions, Thrivent Action Teams, Event Management SQL database, Fraternal data privacy and data masking.Selected Accomplishments:• Implemented the Thrivent Action Teams Administration and Member Systems, so that Thrivent members can apply for funding and supplies to host a Thrivent Action Team. This system permits members to submit Action Teams applications, ensures that the necessary data is collected for regulatory requirements and for adherence to Action Teams guidelines, and was key in increasing member engagement. Supported Action Teams related email systems on Watson and Unica.• Tested and supported a corporate-wide SQL Event Management Database which houses various types of Thrivent event data. Ensured successful conversion of existing Thrivent Action Teams Salesforce data and Thrivent Builds data. Integrated new data into the database from new and existing systems. This event management database created consistency with Thrivent’s event data, ensuring ease of reporting and data analysis, as well as compliance with Fraternal regulations.• Implemented a nationwide chapter system which allowed thousands of volunteers and Thrivent employees to record and manage their grant funds, chapter and congregational activities, chapter and congregational leaders and operating funds, and view JAVA and PDF reports. Ensured Thrivent’s compliance with Fraternal Benefit Society legal regulations, including appropriate uses of Fraternal funding, and collecting data for regulatory requirements. Managed the related chapter auto-email system.
