Negotiations with secured creditors and our largest customer allowed this supplier of transponders to the UAV industry operate profitably during the transition.

Successfully operated this 20-store Papa John's pizza delivery franchise with 400 employees for eight months while marketing units for sale. Managed auction process and closed sale of assets, doubling stalking horse bid.
