The Infrastructure Services Manager is responsible for managing the following ITIL roles for the Infrastructure organization in CMG Technology: * Change Management – implements and ensures compliance with the Change Management procedures to ensure that changes are properly managed across the Cox Media Group technology Infrastructure teams. * Problem Management – Implements and ensures compliance with the Problem Management processes within the Infrastructure organization to document, identify, address and track problem root cause. * Software asset management (SAM) - Implements and executes activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of software asset life cycles while aligning to the business requirements.

Managing demand/supply and facilitating relationships o Working directly with the management teams of the various functions and operating units within their assigned geography, gain and maintain in-depth understanding of the technology needs of the CMG business unitso Define expectations and champion efforts to standardize systems and processes across CMGo Communicate IT capabilities, direction, and accomplishments to CMG business leaderso Identify systems and processes that can be leveraged, streamlined, or eliminated to create greater efficiencies within CMGo Manage demand from various CMG properties/functionso Manage IT supply by coordinating superior project management and/or service deliveryo Effectively communicate CMG IT direction, accomplishments and capabilities to all of CMGo Facilitate relationships with Cox Enterprises and other Cox division IT groupso Promote a collaborative environment between the CMG IT organization and all of its business partnerso Serve as an advocate and point of escalation for the CMG business units for strategic and operational issues Vendor management o Manage relationships with strategic vendor partners to efficiently and effectively meet CMG’s IT requirementso Manage licensing and acquisition strategies and processes Financial Management o Coordinate budget management efforts across CMG IT Administration o Working with leaders of various CMG IT functions, facilitate development of technology roadmap efforts to define short, mid and long term IT strategieso Drive new IT projects and coordinate project management efforts that will deliver benefits to CMGo Develop, implement and monitor IT controls that meet CMG needs

Dayton, Ohio Area

• Responsible for planning, directing, managing and overseeing activities and operations for CMG Ohio IT Department.• Work closely with Department heads to identify, recommend, develop and support cost-effective technology solutions. • Manage professionals engaged in user support, network, system management and other related functions. • Adapt at forecasting and completing budget, including re-sizing organization.

Dayton, Ohio Area

• Responsible for infrastructure that provides system administration, database, telephony and networks; added responsibility for end user support group that maintains, deploys and supports workstations to the end user. • Assisted the Director on capital and expense budget process. • Proactively worked with business owners to deliver process and product improvements. • Lead, plan and control big ticket projects using established project management processes.
