I get energy from helping others. I came to InsideTrack with a strong desire to support student success. I believe that education plays a critical role in creating positive social change. As an InsideTrack coach, I've held the titles of Success Coach, Enrollment Coach, Executive Coach, Career Coach, Project Manager, Coaching Quality Specialist, and have supported students in all aspects of Higher Education. The common thread in my work is improving student outcomes. My background in psychology and performance management combined with my extensive training enables me to dig into an individual's core values and connect them to plans and actions. My coaching style is rooted in developing trust, understanding my students' motivations and perceived obstacles, and asking pointed questions to illuminate the path before them. I believe that individuals have the resourcefulness and creativity needed to move forward, and I partner with them by offering perspective, knowledge, expertise, and resources when needed to support them in their next steps.In 2013, I was selected for InsideTrack’s inaugural Career Coaching partnership with Columbia University’s School of Continuing Education, and have since worked with a variety of programs supporting professional development and career goals. Meeting topics include strategizing career goals, networking, problem-solving, career exploration, building transferable skills, personal branding, self-promotion, job searching, communication, building leadership and executive presence, interview skills, and negotiation. As a founding member of InsideTrack’s Career Crusaders leadership team, I'm actively involved in developing, refining and curating the organization’s Career Coaching resources and content.Currently, I offer Career Coaching to students at SMU Continuing & Professional Education. I also work as a Coaching Quality Specialist supporting partner institutions with incorporating coaching into their student support model.

Supported freshman and transfer students at Northern Arizona University as they acclimated to campus and college life connecting them with other student support services. The greatest impact I had with this group was building confident plans for achieving academic goals and offering guidance and support as they faced challenges that impacted school.

Managed 10-30+ employees in a complex, fast paced, customer focused environment. I enjoyed the culture that the company cultivated around creating genuine human connections and investing in the growth and development of their partners. As a manager I was driven by the principle of creating a great work environment for my team. Staffing responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and termination. Led monthly management meetings and bi-monthly team meetings. Delivered regular performance reviews, Personal Development Plans, and Performance Improvement Plans. Created weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports. Certified Classroom Facilitator and Manager Coach Mentor. Acted as a training coordinator for several remote stores.
