Sales manager position represents the center throughout the community by spending the majority of the day networking with business owners and promoting the services through events to bring new members through the door. I am responsible for daily lead generation, prospecting and individual sales goals as well as driving a successful sales team. Sales managers also build relationships in and out of the center to ensure a strong referral base and community presence. Daily lead generation, book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals, participate in special events, driving the sales team to reach their personal as well as the center goals-training and new staff.
