As a Learning Coordinator I collaborate with people throughout the firm to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals. I am responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and often times conducting, all training programs.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Performs as a dedicated resource working directly with the COO, Director of IT, as well as attorneys and staff to support process improvement by leveraging technology and expertise. Continually solicits, collects and prioritizes business process improvement candidate projects using Six Sigma, Lead quality, or like process improvement programs. Applies leadership and critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to achieve objectives with a proven success rate. Projects focus on continuously reducing waste, simplifying processes, eliminating non-value added steps; problem solving and reducing defects to attain business process efficiencies and exceptional client service.

Responsible for training the firm's users on most computer applications using a variety of techniques including one-on-one training, classroom training, webinar presentations, and e-learning technologies. Develop curricula and associated materials for current and new technology initiatives. Research and develop firm best practices and procedures to implement as well as documenting said practices and procedures. Develop, maintain, and publish reference guides and other documentation on firm intranet, solutions database, and Learning site.
