Help define and implement the look, feel and functionality of InVue’s marketing and sales collateral and outbound emails and newsletters, and build the InVue brand by leveraging design and layout skills to deliver engaging and easy-to-use marketing solutions.

Support Tenant Services by managing all digital screen and website content for various internal and external portals.

Work directly with clients to develop materials such as brochures and logos, and websites with user-minded structure, navigation and design. Maintain contact and dialogue to promote expedient delivery of compelling marketing pieces that reflect their company and are effective in implementing their business goals.[Software applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash]

Collaborate with Consumer Marketing in the design of inserts, coverwraps and a variety of direct mail and web materials that reinforce unique branding standards for a multitude of titles (including O, The Oprah Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Esquire and Good Housekeeping). Manage workflow of assigned projects and communicate with Promotional Print Production to meet demanding deadlines while ensuring accuracy of content and cost effective print specifications. Conception and mockup of new creative items, many of which have exhibited successful returns and are now control pieces. [Software applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark XPress, Excel, Entourage, NICA]Select Accomplishments: • Directed design of successful coverwrap campaign for a collaborative recycling program (R.A.Y.S.) in the Maryland and D.C. areas.• Voluntarily created promotional presentation of Charlotte Creative Services’ offerings for Consumer Marketing counterparts in New York, along with an interactive industry-related leave-behind.

As a primary designer, produce creative concepts for logos, brochures, catalogs, newsletters etc., with direction from owner and clients. Additional duties include assistance with copy writing, client calls, quoting jobs for print, on-site meetings and tradeshows. Also responsible for delivering error-free print-ready files to various printers and creating well crafted mockups for client approval. Uphold Honeywell branding on business to business and corporate brochures.
