Identifies, develops, and manages client relationships with local businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations. Partners closely with clients to provide training solutions that strategically improve their business outcomes. Programs include: Leadership, Lean/6 Sigma, Project or Change Management, Innovation, Strategic Planning, and Cultural Competence.• Assesses and analyzes clients’ needs, and develops, implements, and manages professional development programs leading to efficient and impactful company systems change, and socially and emotionally intelligent leaders.• Teams with government client and facilitator to complete needs assessment resulting in professional development curriculum including leadership, communication and team building programs.• Partners with clients and facilitators to develop “Client University” curriculum, achieving 4.8/5 on training evaluations with participants demonstrating competencies resulting in leadership development and succession.• Collaborated, planned and implemented transfer of 100% of programs from live classroom to virtual learning.• Developed curriculum and trained XLC facilitators on use of virtual platform, and best practices for online learning.
