Summer Shelton's lifelong work has centered around school equity in education. She is passionate about eliminating the opportunity gaps that exist for students and families across the U.S. She is a transformational leader who believes the worst action is inaction. Ms. Shelton's background in education spans more than twenty years and encompasses public, private, charter, and online schools both domestic and abroad. Having both content and instructional expertise, she serves as a thought partner to districts, state governments, and advocacy groups.
