I always seem to end up in people facing jobs. I enjoy helping people solve their problems. Getting the opportunity to serve as a receptionist has deepend my appreciation for seeking solutions to problems working people face as I try to help others in the same way I would want to be assisted if the shoe were on the other foot. I get to practice empathy, research, education, communication, relationship building, conflict resolution, and resilience all in one place for the benefit of customers and clients alike! I am enjoying the person I am becoming along the way.
