Managing two sites/teams within Adelaide, South Australia in Disability Employment Services for a non-for-profit company. Understanding the importance of leadership and setting positive examples, supporting staff, customers and the day to day operations between both sites whilst managing KPI's, conducting interviews, conflict management, training, coaching and reports. I ceased this role due to moving interstate and starting a career in recruitment.
