Human Resource Manager
Current- Support MD on HR Strategy including business plan, objectives and deliverables, change management and communication implementation.
- Support the identification and development of talent and capability for each of the functions to meet current and future needs.
- Partner with line managers on their Global Team Member Survey results, holding regular reviews to assess progress and support on actions as necessary to improve employee engagement.
- Provide appropriate people management metrics and use these to advance and enhance leadership skills, performance management and the talent agenda.
- Supports onboarding, induction and transfer of team members.
- Liaises and collaborates with Total Reward to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity for in role promotions, salary adjustments and new roles.
