Provide administrative support, such as maintaining emails, answering telephone, taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail. Create and sign in visitors; using badges, filing, receiving, signing invoices. Sorting mail creating check pick up sheet, & booking conference rooms. Monitor CCTV for security infractions. Assists with any medical emergencies order lunch for meetings demonstrate good customer service skills.

Maintain friendly attitude, good customer service. Sign in parents/guest. Observe CCTV activity and traffic in assigned area to enforce university rules/regulations and alerts visitors of infractions. Assist any person in building or on grounds needing directions or campus information. Unlock buildings/doors after checking identification in compliance with university policies.

Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through offering assistance when needed, ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately. Making sure customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience. Additional tasks include stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
