I bring over 20 years of success in Human Resources in industries including manufacturing and healthcare with global organizations, in areas including employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, coaching and mentoring. As a member of leadership teams, I’ve worked closely with executives on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations. I’ve done so with both compassion and a keen understanding of the business. In addition to earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University, I am a Certified Professional (CP) in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), am DDI certified in Behavioral Interviewing, and am certified Serving Leadership Advisor. I have attended many leadership classes and seminars to enhance my professional development. I have additional coaching certificates earned while working with Ratliff & Taylor.
