Major Responsibilities:• Organizing on-ground activations and events • Capable of handling the most complex tasks.• Developing business opportunities by growing existing clients' business as well as initiating new business• Fully responsible for the management of the team (AM , SE, and AE), their overall performance and career progression. Specific tasks including setting clear objectives, delegation, coaching, feedback and the completion of appraisals• Attending and leading all types of briefings and meetings starting from creative sessions, planning and assisting in developing creative strategies for the brands to all related operational requirements and production sessions (such as events, booths, exhibition setups, branding production, on-the-go campaigns, etc.)• Prepare client below-the-line plans taking into consideration brand needs and market developments.• Ensure delivering all jobs in the required timeframe • Negotiate deals, rates, terms and conditions with clients• Budget preparation & approval (Internal & External) and ensuring profitability margins are met• Cooperating with the financial department regarding quotations and invoices to the client• Negotiate with suppliers on behalf of clients, production prices, agreements, and terms of contracts.• Production Supervision & quality assuranceSignificant Projects and Accounts:1.
