- Answer and filter all incoming calls for the Director and the department- Distribute and filter all information to the Director and the Field staff- Arrange appointments for the Director and Field staff- Meet with Franchisee’s and vendors- Attend meetings with the Director to take minutes and ensure commitments are fulfilled as indicated in the meetings- Organize and arrange execution of new programs for the Field staff to implement in the field- Maintain store files and Directors files- Working with the Marketing departmen- Working with the Purchasing department to distribute product information in the field- Working with Accounting to address delinquent accounts - Working with Legal department in areas of agreement renewals, customer issues and Franchisee inquires
