Vice President Of Product Management
Current- Prepare and deliver live presentations detailing features, functionality, and services to prospective customers- Work with Sales and Management teams to identify gaps between the functionality in current systems to prospective customer requirements- Research and define the requirements for new products- Analyze requirements and provide feedback as needed to development and product teams- Represent user and end user interests during the design and implementation process- Serve as expert resource for rules and regulations for primary industry payments (ACH, Wire Transfers, and Image Cashletter)- Develop training materials that can be used to assist customers in understanding and using products and services- Work with customers to identify training needs for the end user and develop training materials and conduct live demonstrations to their customers- Develop videos and written documentation that both customers and internal personnel can use to master products and services- Create and execute detailed automated and manual test plans and test cases/scripts- Ensure testing plans successfully exercise code for errors- Identify, record, document, and track issues within new and existing products- Partner with customers and members of the support and development teams to identify and resolve functional issues- Authority for all customer functionality questions- Emissary for all on-site customer implementations of products and services
