This allowed me to receive daily notice when a retail location reported a new problem, and track progress so that I could effectively manage vendors toward a resolution. I also initiated and helped to develop an internal issue tracker for better management and easier collaboration with team mates. Through my efforts we were able to upgrade or repair POS systems in retail locations throughout Lucy's network and reduce Lucy's backlog of problem resolution to zero.
