My consulting has resulted in multiple Fractional CXO/Executive roles at Netflix, Riot Games, Seth MacFarlane’s Fuzzy Door Productions, OnChain Studios and more where I led global lines of business, cross-functional teams and organizational change to accelerate growth and maximize monetization all while breaking through in culturally relevant ways. Prior to launching my consultancy, I was Head of Worldwide Television Brand Marketing and Senior Vice President Global Franchise Development at DreamWorks Animation, Vice President Brand Marketing at Paramount and Director of Global Marketing at Disney. Every role and client I've taken on in my career has called for a unique mix of creative ambition, strategic insight, problem solving and lofty goals – all of which drive me, and the teams and clients I work with, to first-ever, one-of-a-kind business solutions that result in meteoric transformation. I credit much of my success to the people I surround myself with.
