I’m passionate about creating authentic relationships and connecting people to work that is meaningful to them. I get to do this every day – how lucky am I?!Prior to recruitment, my background was a bit of a mixed bag; from psychology, art history and museums, to education and early years childcare. I knew I wanted a career where I could foster positive relationships and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, and so along came recruitment. I was lucky enough to start my journey at Beaumont in the Not-for-Profit Temp team, where I was able to support our wonderful Charity clients in finding the right people for their temporary and contract needs. Working alongside my wonderful team, I now specialise in Executive Search within the Associations and Memberships sector.
