1-Ensure work is proceeding as per contract drawings, specification, methods statements, vendor’sdrawings, vendor’s recommendation, shop drawings and company policy.2-Checking, monitoring and coordinating with the contractor to ensure the proper construction,quality of work and completion stage of the project.3-Discuss, coordinate and resolve problems with the contractors to ensure proper construction andquality of work.4-Conduct frequent project site inspections ( NCR , SI , …….etc. ) .5-Attend meetings with different sections, contractors, subcontractors and clients to discussproblem which facing in site to keep sit in progress.6-Operations , repairs and extensions ( if required ) for all faculties and institutes all over theKingdom of Saudi Arabia.7-Reviewing the shop drawing before approval.

1-Site mobilization.2-Reviewing the structural shop drawing and fulfilling them on site.3-Preparing Cut list for steel reinforcement with steel fixers.4-Supervising formwork and shuttering ( Ceiling - Walls- columns).5-Coordinate with Technical office , MEP and other departments .6-Plan, direct , supervise civil works and discipline to review and monitor project progress andcompletion in accordance with overall project plan.7-Plan, monitor and manage execution of civil works to ensure on time – in budget – high qualitycompletion.8-Infrastructure, Earth Work, Grading , Paving works, landscape and finishing work .9-Prepare monthly Invoices.10-Submit material, documents and shop drawings submittal for approval.11-Apply safety procedures on site.12-Preparing quantity survey , B.O.Q , specifications and shop drawing .
