Technical Solutions Architect of the CSC Technical Office; reporting to the Chief of CSC:• Architect, design, propose, review “and often develop” technical solutions to address the requirements of the core CSC business units (SOC, DFIR, CTI & TRM).• Acting as the cybersecurity technical lead for the national e-Shield program, which comprises the following notable projects: o Nation-wide SOC: covering 100+ Government and CNI organizations; architected the data ingestion and analysis pipeline from identifying the log & data sources, transport, aggregation, storage, analysis and reporting; work included researching requirements of business owners, reviewing the designs and execution of the different components by service & solution provider(s), and making sure various systems collaboratively achieve business objectives efficiently. o National Technical Risk Management: complementing SOC services, TRM provides the Vulnerability Scanning, IAM, Asset Coverage, Configuration Management and National Vulnerability Advisory services to 100+ organizations; work included design & supervision of the data collection and analysis pipeline. o National Digital Forensics Lab: Design, SOPs and integration with existing data lake. o National Cyber Threat Intelligence capability establishment: Working with, and reviewing designs produced by international consultants and solution providers to establish a nation-wide CTI capability; work included solutions for data ingestion, analysis, intelligence production for various consumer classes, and intelligence products dissemination.
