- Searching different types of entertainers, such as dancers, musicians, comedians, performers, etc.-Negotiating the terms and conditions of the contracts with the performers.- Supervising the setup of the equipment and the stage- Monitoring the performance of the entertainment team, the program and the audience feedback and making adjustments as needed.- Handling any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the events or any other circumstances.- Following up with the hotel management and taking their notes.- Developing the entertainment program with new plans, ideas and improvements to attract guests and increase costumer satisfaction- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the events.
