About Ray Nash

After over 40 years in the law enforcement profession, I founded the Institute of Police Polygraphy in 2021 to offer basic and advanced polygraph certifications. Located in Charleston, SC, our school is fully recognized and our curriculum approved by the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the National Command and Staff College, the National Sheriff's Association, and Justice Clearinghouse. Check out our website at www.PolygraphDojo.com.In my law enforcement career, I served as a Police Chief twice, a trainer and consultant, an elected Sheriff for three terms, a Professional Mentor to the Ministry of the Interior in Afghanistan, the Criminal Justice Advisor for the US Department of State (Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement) at the US Embassy in Kabul, and now as the Sr. Vice-president of Law Enforcement Training and Development for the International Academy of Public Safety. While in Afghanistan I served as both the Rule of Law Coordinator and Professional Development Director for the International Police Coordination Board Secretariat. In 1998, I founded the Police Dynamics Institute to promote principles of good character in law enforcement, government, and business. To date, I have trained over 15,000 government and business leaders from dozens of countries and have traveled to Romania and Sierra Leone to train the police there. A few years ago, I established a website to promote the principles of Police Dynamics and ethical leadership. Please take the opportunity to comment on anything that attracts your attention. I would like to see it grow to the largest character-based blog site on the web... http://PoliceDynamics.com
