I’m also a speaker and educator. As a Healthy Holistic Life Activist, I love empowering, inspiring and motivating others to create a healthier life for themselves but also their loved ones.I know what it’s like to be a professional woman with a career, a single mom with two kids that needed to be chauffeured to this practice or that event and still create a healthy balanced life for my family and myself. I experienced leaping into a healthier lifestyle when my daughter needed to come off ADHD medication (she didn’t feel well on – suicidal thoughts) and I was prescribed a medication I didn’t want to take.15+ years later neither one of us are on any medications and thriving due to healthy diet and lifestyle changes.Now I’m living my passion guiding stressed and overwhelmed professional women through personalized coaching sessions that will help you get your life back on track so you can feel like yourself again and be who you truly want to be!I am a native Floridian who loves all things water, boats and beach!
